Add Derek's presence through voicemails and intercepted messages

Makes Derek more present before final confrontation:

1. Office Phone Voicemail (Maya's Office):
   - Derek's threatening call to Maya disguised as concern
   - References Patricia's firing as warning
   - Tells Maya to delete evidence "for protection"
   - Shows his intimidation tactics

2. Intercepted SMS Messages (Timed):
   - 45s: Derek confirms Kevin as fall guy for audit
   - 2m: Derek to Architect about Maya, confirms Sunday launch
   - 3m: Unknown confirms Patricia investigation closed
   - Creates ongoing tension throughout gameplay
   - Shows Derek's manipulation network

These additions make Derek feel present throughout the mission rather than only appearing at the end.
