Add lockpickable Personal Filing Cabinet to Derek's office

Expands lockpicking utility by adding optional character depth content:
- Personal journal showing Derek's transformation from hopeful employee to radicalized operative
- Letter from his wife Lisa revealing the personal cost of his choices
- Timeline showing The Architect's recruitment 12 months ago

This lockpick-only content humanizes the antagonist and rewards exploration without being required for mission completion.
