fix: Clean up phishing_social_engineering.ink structure

- Remove all tracking variables except haxolottle_rapport
- Remove challenge_tips, ready_for_simulation, end_session sections
- Add commands_reference section
- Ensure consistent Haxolottle speaker throughout
