Z. Cliffe Schreuders	9c74651eb7	Overhaul of the processing and selection of vulnerabilities and output formatting. Adds support for secure services, which will be fulfilled if a vulnerability of that type has not already beed allocated to a system. Vulnerability selection now filters on vulnerability CVE, access level, etc. Enforces a limit of one service or vulnerability of each type on each system, to resolve potential conflict (for example, one FTP server).
